Henry Ward

Consultant

Henry holds a BA in Economics and Management from the University of Oxford. At StrategicFit, he supports clients making high-stakes decisions across the energy value chain, with a particular focus on upstream oil and gas.

His recent work has covered asset, corporate and commercial strategy in the UK and internationally. Before joining StrategicFit, Henry gained experience across consulting and the wider professional services sector, giving him a strong grounding in both rigorous analysis and working with stakeholders to navigate complex decisions.

Recent engagements include:

• Supporting commercial contracting strategy for a global independent
• Defining internal decision processes and shareholder interaction frameworks for an iJV
• Supporting corporate strategy development for a large independent
• Supporting the development of an asset strategy for a late-life UKCS JV hub
• Building probabilistic price models to support an asset strategy for a global petrochemicals producer
