Principal

François specialises in enhancing decision-making processes and skills necessary for the development and operation of large infrastructure projects across industries, including Upstream Oil & Gas, Energy, Utilities, Transportation, Healthcare, Chemicals, and Metals.

François integrates project management, conceptual and computational modeling, information technology, data science, and decision and risk analysis to help clients mitigate portfolio-level risks, reduce cash flow volatility, and adopt decision-making best practices.

A French national fluent in English and French, François holds a master’s degree in Mathematics and Economics from the École Nationale de la Statistique et de l’Administration Économique (ENSAE) in Paris.
