Jana is an Associate Consultant at StrategicFit. She has built up experience in a range of industries including property development and urban regeneration, telecommunications, sponsorship and media and fast-moving consumer goods. Examples of her work include:

• Supporting a multi-national oil and gas company to integrate the quantified risk of a CO2 policy regulation into project investment decisions.
• Helping develop a long-term strategy for a national gas infrastructure operator to maximise resource recovery and future volume potential. This included working with industry experts to develop a set of feasible and attractive alternatives.
• Working with a diverse and cross-functional set of stakeholder businesses in order to create a cohesive and integrated strategy for the digital representation of Wembley City that was flexible and dynamic enough to cater for both current and future needs.
• Evaluating the strategic direction of a fibre optic telecommunications company, including product development, marketing strategies and potential partnering opportunities. Working closely with management to integrate subsequent changes at operational level.
• Delivering company presentations to potential investors and the external media.
• Leading small technical teams in a start-up with over-stretched resources and conflicting interests. Developing a business strategy to overcome these problems with senior management.
• Working on securing the sponsorship rights to Wembley Arena, including assessing the feasibility of implementing proposed marketing initiatives.
• Evaluating the potential success of large scale sustainable developments outside the UK property market; reporting to senior board level.

Jana holds a BA in Physics from Exeter College, Oxford University. With her BA project, she explored the challenges and promise of nuclear fusion for future energy needs; analysing the nature of the problems yet to be overcome from a scientific as well as a political and economic perspective.

Outside work Jana is a keen athlete, having competed for county and university at national level; specialising in the 400m Hurdles
